I was actually not going to bother to click that Antique Bakery link until I got to the "hot men molesting each other" line. ...now that I've watched it, I know it's just going to be a giant tease, but DO WANT anyway. Hot men! Molesting each other! *squee*

(I should get to reading/watching the manga/anime, huh?)

Also, bio majors, w00000t!

Definitely read the manga. It's not a great in-depth plot, but it is fun to read. Just make sure your not around any sweets when you do. You will crave them just from the descriptions.

*dead of laughter* Oh, man. that trailer just made my day. What a friggin' riot. I haven't read antique in years. I so need to get that movie at some point.

Last I saw, the movie was released in November in Korea. I think there's now a great internet search to see if someone can find a subtitled copy of it for download. It ought to be interesting to say the least.

Okay, can someone please dish on 'Antique Bakery'? (feeble pun not intended)
I heard about the manga a couple of years ago and put it on my 'must check out/maybe buy' list. I never found volume one, but I did come across volume two and flicked through it, and for some reason I can't remember decided to cross it off my list - I think maybe I didn't like the art or something, but art comes second to story and may be overlooked if the story is good.

So yeah, can someone who's read the manga let me know what they're like?

I have four volumes (which I think is all that has been released in the US?). I like it because it's cute and fluffy and fairly light. There's not great depth or plot to it, but it's an enjoyable read. I didn't have a problem with the art. Then again, I'm more plot driven that art driven when it comes to manga.

It will also make you crave sweets like you would not imagine. Seriously, do not read this manga if you are on a diet.

Heh, warning duly noted. Thanks, I shall put it back on my list and start trying to track the books down again. :)
